Innovative design in affordable housing

Deicke Richards has specific expertise in affordable housing and mixed-tenure projects, with a well developed and practical understanding of the policies and economics that impact these areas. The firm has designed the Northern Territory’s first mixed-tenure housing development, Village@Parap, which is presently under construction. Deicke Richards Director Eloise Atkinson leads our affordable housing projects and was a project leader for the team that produced Affordable Housing Guidelines for the Department of Housing. She is a recipient of a Churchill Fellowship to study innovative design in affordable housing and is a director on the board of the Brisbane Housing Company, the largest not-for-profit housing developer in Brisbane.
